Sip & Sweat Buti Yoga with Michelle Grimes

Sunday, June 10th, come out for afternoon of Buti Yoga & Wine with the wonderful Michelle Grimes Yoga!
Buti Yoga is a smooth blend of Yoga, cardio intensive tribal dance, and plyometrics, and deep abdominal toning. Buti, in Indian Marathi, means “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.” The movement method utilized in Buti, Spiral Structure Technique, tones and sculpts the body, while facilitating inner transformation. This practice is FUN and empowering! You will leave feeling motivated and uplifted!
Grab a group of friends…this is a party! After the event you’ll receive a complimentary specialty drink made fresh with our award-winning Knob Hall wine just for you to enjoy along with live music from 3-5 pm featuring Jon Ingels Music
Please do not eat for at least 2 hours prior to class. It is best to practice Yoga on an empty stomach.
Please bring a Yoga mat, towel and water. We will sweat a little! 🙂
